Engaging, practical staff training workshops designed to strengthen the knowledge, confidence, and everyday skills of early childhood educators and support staff. Sessions are tailored to your centers needs and can cover topics such as positive behavior guidance, social-emotional learning, family engagement, communication, teamwork, and staff wellness.
Empower your teachers build confidence and reflect on classroom practices that are working. We develop practical feedback to strengthen routines, child engagement, positive behavior support, social-emotional learning, and responsive interactions. Each session results in actionable strategies which educators can use right away. Sessions are hourly.
Practical workshops that help parents and caregivers better understand child development and become more confident in interacting with their children. Sessions can cover topics such as positive discipline, managing big emotions, routines, communication, school readiness, and strengthening parent child relationships.
Who I Am
I bring more than 30 years of experience in child care and child development working with early learning programs, educators, children and families. The past 10 years working as a Children’s Social Worker with County Children and Family services deepened my understanding of the supports children and families need to thrive.
